Defensive Tactics:
This four (4) hour block of instruction is designed to refresh and enhance your skills in self-defense.  This course will cover techniques necessary to effectively manage physical confrontations while ensuring personal safety and minimizing harm to others.  Participants will learn practical, evidence-based defensive strategies that emphasize de-escalation, control, and situational awareness.  This course will focus on control holds, pressure points, takedowns, and ground fighting.  This class is hands-on and will consist of practical exercises.  THIS TRAINING IS OPEN TO SOMERSET COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES ONLY.
 
Location: Somerset County Prosecutor's Office Police Training Institute located in the Emergency Services Training Academy (ESTA) 402 Roycefield Road, Hillsborough, NJ 08844
