Registration Process

PAYMENT/PURCHASE ORDERS
Purchase orders, checks and money orders are made payable to:

PLEASE NOTE: Purchase orders will not be signed and returned until after the class is completed. Cash will not be accepted for any programs or training.

*** CANCELLATION POLICY ***

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made in writing no less than five (5) business days prior to the start of class.
 
Registrants who do not contact the academy to formally cancel from class and who do not attend will be considered a "NO SHOW" and they or their department will be charged for the full amount of the class.
