Defensive Tactics for Female Officers: This two-day course is geared toward female officers, to introduce or enhance the knowledge and skill in grappling scenarios of a resisting subject safely and effectively. The program is based on principles that enable female officers to transition between levels of force including de-escalation, empty-hand skills, ground control, weapon retention, and handcuffing. This course complies with the rules and guidelines set forth by the NJPTC and the NJ Attorney General’s Office. This is an active hands-on course.
