Course: Advanced Handgun Course (Somerset County Officers Only!!!)
Course Description: This course is an advanced handgun shooting course. The goal of this course is for officers/detectives who have solid shooting fundamentals and desire to train in tactical shooting.
The course will focus on:
Target Acquisition
Multiple Shot Engagement
Multiple Target Engagement
Movement
Magazine Changes/Immediate Action Drills
Required Equipment:
Handgun
Duty Belt
Vest
Eye Protection
Ear Protection
250 rounds of practice ammunition
Dates: Wednesday, May 29, 2024 and Wednesday, October 9, 2024
Time: 0800-1600hrs
